Currently, we are engaged for Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) Reform process for duration of one year with effect from June 2020 onwards. We are working under the Chief Executive Officer, TVET Reform Office, under the Prime Minister’s Office of Bhutan. Until now, TVET has been undergoing back and forth under various agencies in the Government (presently under the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources). Since the TVET is not able to attract students as well as not able to meet the skills in the market, there is need to reform the whole system of TVET. Thus, we are involved in whole process of reform process from development of strategic plan, organizational restructure including delinking of sector from the civil service, governance and management of TVET, HR plan, procurement and financial plan among others.
