Norlha Engineering and Management Consultancy firm was established in 2011 with its office based at Thimphu. Mr. Yeshi Dorji is the proprietor, founder and the principal consultant of the firm. He has served in Public Organizations for the past 13 years in various capacities. He has extensive experience in Bhutan as well as outside in the western world. It was during his post graduate career that he was involved in various consulting services in the West which was received overwhelming support from the stakeholders.

During his career, he has led many consulting works with various Government, Autonomous and International Agencies. He holds Master of Science in Public Policy and Management which is a dual degree program from one of the most prestigious global University and ranked among top ten institutions in USA. This firm’s motive is to bring about excellence in the services of engineering, business and management by a group of well experienced, dynamic and qualified professionals having diverse backgrounds in engineering, management, finance, policy and information technology.

All the members of the working team have served extensively in various government departments, public services and private sectors in their various capacities. The whole purpose is to bring about a change in the management, business process, leadership, planning and overall capacity development of the employees or young graduates who are seeking job in the market.
