Pema Norbu

He has a Master of Engineering in Energy Technology from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand in 1992 along with Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from REC Durgapur, West Bengal, India in 1986.

Prior to consultant, he was working as floor engineer in Gedu Wood Manufacturing from 1987-1991, then to JICA Bhutan Office as Technical Officer from 1993-1996. After that, he was a co-consultant for Norlha Associates until 2005 before becoming an independent consultant. He as numerous experiences including number of consultancy services with ADB in South East Asia.
