Yeshi Dorji

He has been into consulting service since 2008 while he was pursuing Masters Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA with campus in Adelaide, South Australia. He got the opportunity to work as part time consultant for Northern Volunteering Services Inc.; South Australia Network of Drug and Alcohol Services (SANDAS), South Australia; Aboriginal Education and Employment Services, Department of Education and Children’s Services, Government of South Australia; Highlands District Office, Department of Education and Children’s Services, Government of South Australia; Wiltja Residential Program, Department of Education and Children’s Services, Government of South Australia. After returning from the higher studies, he has established Norlha Engineering and Management Consultancy in 2011. Since then, he has been working as consultant in various capacities.

He also has a Degree in Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala, India and has worked for Bhutan Power Corporation Limited from 2002 onwards in various capacities ranging from field engineer to the level of manager and Head of Corporate Planning and Business Development before resigning and becoming a consultant. His area of expertise lies in diverse fields from engineering to management such as strategic planning, organizational management, monitoring and evaluation, business analysis among others.
